Whatup 416!
Ive suggested they mount the small VHF antennea on the rear of the cab facing outward to avoid it being ripped to shreds and use a thru glass system but desite me having over 11 years in radio experience I just cant get the radio techs to turn an ear.
As for Equipment types The old JD 350s where killer in the woods, small but they could get around a lot of stuff. These new cats we have are good dozers but just a tad too big with all the bettle kill and stuff we have here. As for the sterlings, cant beat em Id say. Good power, smooth running, shift easy and so far dependable despite a weak bed system. Keep an eye on the welds we had some break. Only thing I can see bad on the sterling is the ramps are too short for such a high profile transport. If youre on a slight hill which often you cant avoid then unloading can cause a pucker factor when it breaks over.
BTW like out Morgan County Hotshots title? lol we had to brag a little :P
most of us are getting so old were gonna change our name to the Morgan County Vitamin B shots
